There are problems with saving favorites, when making a requests and downloading files when triing to download their results, using direct downloads. Please write about the reasons of it and what can I do to solve the problem.  Internet Explorer opens the page with the message about failure. It writes, that Internet Explorer can not show the page both when saving and downloading.

 

Try to check your selection criteria. If in the selection criteria there are a lot of commodities / reporters / partners / years, the system can not process the criteria properly and empty page is shown. In general, you should limit about 250 commodities in one selection, or you can use wild cards (http://comtrade.un.org/search.asp?q=wild+cards&sa=Search).
