I tried more than once to extract simple trade data between two countries, let's say France and Morocco, as a whole, with no industry breakdown, but I did not succeed. I am just interest in the overall trade value, imports and exports, along a selected time span, namely between 1997 and 2007.

Probably, I am not able to construct the right query.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me on this matter.

In UN Comtrade, France and Monaco considered as one reporting entity (one customs area), with country code 251 (France includes Monaco and its DOM/TOM). UN Comtrade does not trade between France and Monaco because it is considered as internal trade (not international trade).
