Unfortunately, there is not yet distiction between country or area in the web service result.

In UN Comtrade, all reporters are individual countries/areas (statistical areas) except EU-25 (country code 97). In the partner side, the only pre-aggreagated partner is World (code 0). It means that sum of all partners (except World) will be equal to partner World.
