It presents the summary on content and limitations on usage and dissemination of the UN Comtrade database. It is very important to read the limitations prior to drawing conclusions on the data presented in the UN Comtrade database. In addition, you would need to agree with the License Agreement prior to using the UN Comtrade database.
2. UN Comtrade Policy on Redissemination
This document entails the legal aspects, UNSD policy and the logistics of resdisseminating the UN Comtrade data in electronic, printed, or other forms. It is essential to read and follow the guidelines presented in this document in order to avoid any liabilities while redisseminating the UN Comtrade data.
3. UN Comtrade User Guide (Feb 2006)
This is the comprehensive users guide to the UN Comtrade database. It contains instructions for querying data at different user levels as well as data availability with diagrams to clarify the information. In addition, it also features metadata and reference, subscription and support information.

This is a MS Powerpoint presentation of UN Comtrade usage. It gives a quick overview of UN Comtrade and its usage.
